![]() Tiki torches illuminate the pathway to Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine. Located under the Trio condo complex in Pasadena, Roy’s has a rich feel while still creating a family friendly environment. Upscale in price and menu, Roy’s is a good choice for more conservative social gathering. Although their target demographic is best suited for the 35 and up crowd, they go the extra mile to cater to families as well. They will even bring portable DVD players to the table for the kids! Kyle Simpson, the manager, defined Hawaiian Fusion as “Bold Asian spices, European style cooking techniques and fresh Hawaiian fish.” As far as the customer service mission, he went on to say, “We believe in delivering value to our guests. We want to develop guest loyalty and give them the freshest local ingredients we can provide. We take pride in our cuisine as well as our service. ” Pricing is comparable to higher end restaurants. Expect to pay around $50 per person for appetizer and entrée. The focus of the menu is seafood, so come ready to enjoy your seafood in a non-traditional but tasty new way. If you palette is refined, and you want to try Hawaiian flavor with a twist, give Roy’s a try. Roy’s Hawaiian Fusion Cuisine 641 East Colorado Blvd.. Pasadena CA 91101 626-356-0553
