Peter and Grammy winning producer Greg Ladayni. •2001 – 03~ Managing partner at Hollywood & Vine Diner and Ultra Lounge nightclub. •1994-2001 ~ Lead security and point man for all special event’s at the exclusive House of Blues “Foundation Room” in L.A. (fine dining) (1200 guests nightly) (Worked with Secret Service during President Clinton’s Visit to H.O.B.); received Presidential cufflinks.   Sent to train the Las Vegas House of Blues “Foundation Room” opening team in the Mandalay Bay Hotel. Morgan’s Fantasy Island. •1992-3 ~ Head of VIP services for Playboy’s Ava Fabian at the private Beverly Hills nightclub/restaurant “AVA’s.” (fine dining) (Formerly Tramps of London) •1989~ Opened Club Rubber and The X Club with Giuseppe Franco. •1981-1985 ~ Bartended at Delice La Cote Basque and Maxwell’s Plum in N.Y.C. Skills  - Everything from Setup to Cleanup and next day prepping at high volume establishments.  - A working relationship with liquor and food distributors (Young’s Mkt., Southern Wine and Spirits, Sysco Foods, etc.) and is trained in all management skills: • - Staff scheduling, hiring, food presentation, wine knowledge, people management, customer satisfaction, security and legal issues, special events, marketing, POS systems (Positouch, Squirrel, Aloha), nightly reports, high computer literacy, floor plans, knowledge of all restaurant position responsibilities, pre-shift meetings and assigning responsibilities to staff, bar management, P+L, inventory control, live entertainment and talent booking, achieving restaurant operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations, initiating corrective actions, self-motivated, high energy level, multi-tasking, client and community relationships, dependability, confidentiality, handles high pressure, helping out any position in trouble in order to keep the rhythm of service flowing smoothly and KEEPING TEAM SPIRIT HIGH.  - Attended bi-monthly LAPD and Sheriff’s meetings with club owners to keep in touch with all security related info. Misc… Extraordinary people skills.—Cigar & Wine knowledge BEFORE THAT MY LIFE WAS: Born in Sheepshead Bay~ Brooklyn, New York 2nd gen Italian/American Gary Private started out as a drummer playing the N.Y. club circuit (Max’s Kansas City, CBGB’s, Coventry) etc; with many NYC bands (Legs Latreau, Dancer, Arrival) continuing on to front his own band. Signing a recording contract as singer/songwriter, G.Pvt. went on to record with Select Records. Soon after a requested performance at Studio 54 (NYC) for Calvin Klein’s birthday party, he was signed by Atlantic Records which then released a remake of the Four Tops song "Reach Out, I'll Be There." The next record on Atlantic was "Secret Love" (now available on ITUNES, RHAPSODY, etc...) which featured original songs written by Private. Following this, (4 albums and 7 singles) Private was featured on "Dick Clark's American Bandstand" twice, "Playboy's Girls of Rock-N-Roll", Disney's "Flight of the Navigator", daytime soap "One Life To Live", "TeenBeat magazine", and "Billboard Magazine's Top Album and Single picks"....... Gary has worked with some of the greatest musicians in the world: "T.M.Stevens" on bass, David Bowie's "Arno Hecht" on sax, Steely Dan's "Elliott Randall" on guitar, Meatloaf's "Bob Kulick" on guitar and probably the greatest all time Rock-N-Roll bass player Kenny "Double A" Aaronson. Foundation Room in Las Vegas(1999); ~Received Presidential seal/name embossed cufflinks from President Bill Clinton for assisting the Secret Service during his visit to H.O.B.; ~Co-event coordinator for the House of Blues Fdtn Rm temporary Sundance Film Festival location in Utah; ~Managing partner of Hollywood & Vine Diner/Ultra Lounge nightclub L.A.; ~GM of Platinum Live in Studio City.)............................................................................... ...
